Refunds policy

Customers are eligible for a 100% refund if no work has commenced for an assignment. Otherwise, a partial refund may be possible by deducting from received deposit(s) any time or material resources spent. Time based expenses will be based on on-going hourly rates.

Non payment of fee(s)

We reserve the right to withdraw any service or product provided for late payment of fees.

Links

As part of customers website build and ongoing hosting, mxweb has the right to include back-links from the customer's website footer to mxweb. This is an important marketing avenue for us and gives customers the mxweb mark of quality. We may be able to negotiate a fee for the removal of the link.

Withdrawal of service

We reserve the right to terminate customer accounts or withdraw hosting services provided if we believe the customer is not acting in a manner expected of a mxweb customer. Mis-use of hosting/email services provided such as uploading dubious material or spamming will result in the immediate withdrawal of the service without prior notice.

Hosting

All products involving a content management system (CMS) and or e-commerce may only be hosted by us.

Accessibility

We make efforts to ensure that our website is online all the time. However, this will not always be the case. When our service is offline, we will do our best to get it online as soon as possible. We promise a 99.9% uptime for our hosting service on a per month basis and will refund if this standard is not met.

We will not be held responsible for damage, events or losses directly or indirectly related to our website being offline.

Liability

We will not be held liable for any action or inaction relating to our service. While we believe our system is highly secure from the actions of hackers, viruses and other problems on the internet, we make no guarantees that we are immune to such. We will not be liable for loss of sales, leads or reputation from using our service.

Our Intellectual Property

The coding, programming and intellectual property that creates our eshop package is owned by mxweb. In purchasing an eshop package with us, customers own the style, design and graphic design of the website. Customers also own all of the content that is place onto their website(s).
